سياسة الشحن – Decuir

في Decuir، نلتزم بتوصيل طلباتكم بطريقة موثوقة وفي الوقت المناسب. يُرجى مراجعة سياسة الشحن بعناية قبل إتمام الطلب.

نطاق الشحن

نوفر حاليًا خدمة الشحن إلى جميع مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية.

يتم توصيل الطلبات عبر شركات شحن خارجية موثوقة.

مدة معالجة الطلبات

تتم معالجة الطلبات عادة خلال ١–٢ يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب.

الطلبات المقدمة خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية سيتم معالجتها في أول يوم عمل يليها.

خلال فترات التخفيضات أو العروض أو الضغط العالي على الطلبات، قد تستغرق المعالجة وقتًا أطول قليلًا.

مدة التوصيل

مدة التوصيل التقديرية تتراوح بين ٣ إلى ٧ أيام عمل حسب موقع العميل.

قد تستغرق المناطق النائية أو البعيدة وقتًا إضافيًا.

جميع مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف بسبب تأخيرات شركات الشحن أو الظروف الجوية أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

رسوم الشحن

سيتم توضيح رسوم الشحن (إن وُجدت) بشكل واضح عند إتمام عملية الشراء.

أي رسوم إضافية متعلقة بعمليات الاستبدال (إن وُجدت) يتحملها العميل وفقًا لسياسة الاستبدال وعدم الاسترجاع الخاصة بنا.

دقة العنوان

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال عنوان الشحن بشكل كامل وصحيح.

لا تتحمل Decuir أي مسؤولية عن تأخير أو فشل التوصيل الناتج عن معلومات عنوان غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.

الطلبات المرتجعة أو غير المسلّمة

في حال إعادة الشحنة بسبب:

عنوان غير صحيح

عدم تواجد العميل وقت التسليم

رفض استلام الطلب

فإن العميل يتحمل رسوم إعادة الشحن.

تتبع الطلبات

بعد شحن الطلب، قد يتم تزويد العميل بمعلومات التتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني (عند توفرها).

يمكن للعميل تتبع الطلب باستخدام رقم التتبع من خلال موقع شركة الشحن.

التأخير وتحديد المسؤولية

رغم حرصنا على الالتزام بمواعيد التوصيل التقديرية، لا تتحمل Decuir أي مسؤولية عن التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن أو الظروف الخارجة عن سيطرتنا.

لا نضمن التوصيل في تاريخ أو وقت محدد.

الشحن والاستبدال

يتم التعامل مع شحن الاستبدالات وفقًا لسياسة الاستبدال وعدم الاسترجاع الخاصة بنا.

ينطبق الاستبدال المجاني فقط في حالات التلف، العيب، أو إرسال منتج غير صحيح من طرفنا.

بإتمام الطلب عبر موقع Decuir، فإنك تقر وتوافق على سياسة الشحن هذه، بالإضافة إلى شروط الخدمة وسياسة الاستبدال وعدم الاسترجاع.

At Decuir, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer nationwide shipping across KSA.
Orders are delivered through trusted third party courier services.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

📦 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days, depending on your location.
Remote or outstation areas may take additional time.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Any additional charges related to exchanges (where applicable) will be borne by the customer, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
Decuir will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
The customer will be responsible for redelivery charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via email(where applicable).
Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number through the courier’s website.

Delays & Liability

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Decuir is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.

Shipping & Exchanges

Shipping for exchanges will be handled as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
Free exchanges apply only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us.
