شروط الخدمة – Decuir

مرحبًا بكم في Decuir. بدخولكم إلى موقعنا الإلكتروني أو استخدامه أو تقديم طلب أو الشراء منا، فإنكم توافقون على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة التالية. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية.

١. الشروط العامة

جميع المنتجات تخضع للتوفر. نحتفظ بالحق في تقييد أو إيقاف أي منتج في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

٣. الأسعار ووسائل الدفع

جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع تكون بالريال السعودي (SAR) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

الأسعار قابلة للتغيير في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء أي طلب في حال اكتشاف خطأ في التسعير أو خطأ مطبعي.

يجب إتمام الدفع من خلال وسائل الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام عملية الشراء.

٤. تأكيد الطلبات والإلغاء

بعد إتمام الطلب، سيتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد معالجته أو شحنه.

نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء أي طلب في حال عدم توفر المخزون، أو وجود مشاكل في التحقق، أو الاشتباه في نشاط احتيالي.

٥. الشحن والتوصيل

نسعى لشحن الطلبات خلال الإطار الزمني التقديري الموضح على الموقع، إلا أن أوقات التوصيل قد تختلف بسبب تأخير شركات الشحن أو الظروف الجوية أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

لا تتحمل Decuir أي مسؤولية عن التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن.

سيتم توضيح رسوم التوصيل (إن وُجدت) بشكل واضح عند إتمام الطلب.

٦. سياسة الاستبدال وعدم الاسترجاع

نطبق سياسة صارمة بعدم استرداد المبالغ (No Refund Policy).

يُسمح بالاستبدال فقط وفقًا لسياسة الاستبدال الخاصة بنا، والتي تُعد جزءًا لا يتجزأ من شروط الخدمة هذه.

يُنصح العملاء بمراجعة سياسة الاستبدال بعناية قبل إتمام الطلب.

٧. مسؤوليات العميل

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال بيانات الشحن بشكل صحيح، ولا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن فشل التوصيل نتيجة معلومات غير صحيحة.

أي تلف يحدث بعد الاستلام بسبب سوء الاستخدام أو أخطاء الغسيل أو الإهمال لا يكون مؤهلًا للاستبدال.

٨. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات المعروضة على هذا الموقع، بما في ذلك الشعارات، الصور، التصاميم، النصوص، والرسومات، هي ملك حصري لـ Decuir ومحمية بموجب أنظمة الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe mentioned on the website; however, delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Decuir is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Exchanges are only applicable as per our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Any damage caused after delivery due to misuse, washing errors, or negligence will not be eligible for exchange.
